Heavy Civil Project Engineer
Location: Portland, Oregon
Salary: $90,000- $115,000 + Bonus(s)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Experience Needed:
- 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software
