Heavy Civil and/or Industrial Project Manager
Location: Vancouver, Washington
Salary: $130,000- $170,000 + Bonus(S)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of heavy civil and industrial projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the heavy civil or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality assurance practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software
