Responsibilities.
Delivery Management
- Take a lead role in organising, managing and delivering sold engagements. A Principal Consultant is the most senior rank within the firm, having the ultimate responsibility and accountability for profitable sales, quality and profitability outcomes of engagements, development of staff, and the health of the firm's culture.
- Sales and delivery targets which must be met annually. They will be responsible for managing client accounts and the successful delivery of engagements.
- Have internal management accountabilities, such as the management of geographies, industries, and services.
- This responsibility includes development and deployment of Intellectual Capital, support of marketing activities, and making strategic decisions that affect the direction and growth of the firm.
- They are also responsible for development of firm policies and managing key governance processes.
Consulting Background:
- Should have 10-15 years' experience in business management and/or technical consulting, and at least 10 years' experience in the Water, Electricity, Utilities, Infrastructure, or comparable industries.
- While a post-graduate business qualification is desired, it is not essential.
Leadership
- Lead in a complex, matrixed, yet relatively small organisation across headcounts in Asia
Business Management
- Formulate business strategy and planning, including Asia Strategy
- Undertake regular business performance measurement and reporting
- Assist with the achievement of financial targets on revenue, expenses and profit.
Sales Management
- Support the internal sales management process.
- On client site, perform the role of account manager, highlighting and delivering on opportunities
