Position Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated environmental professionals in planning, executing, and monitoring environmental projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and values.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability and success.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, government agencies, and community representatives to foster collaboration, gain support, and address concerns related to project implementation.
Ensure all projects adhere to environmental regulations, permits, and best practices. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and integrate them into project strategies.
Environmental Impact Assessment: Oversee ecological impact assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize adverse effects on ecosystems and local communities.
Qualifications:
- Education: BS in Engineering, Geology, or related environmental science
- Texas PE or PG License
- Project Management experience is required.
- eight years experience in environmental compliance, geology, and environmental engineering
- Experience with environmental DOD contracts is a must.
