Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company's overall strategy and annual business plans and goals. Establish and improve the company's management system and organizational structure, and preside over the company's daily operation and management work to achieve the company's business management goals and development goals.
- Fully responsible for and preside over the company's daily operation, administration and management activities, the company's operating results, planning, organization, leadership, and control, and strive to create a good internal and external environment for enterprise development and operation.
- Responsible for organizing the implementation of the company's development plan, annual business plan, and achievable objectives and plans.
- Make correct decisions on major investments and business activities of the company, lead sincerely, and prevent major accidents and mistakes.
- Establish corporate culture and internalization of core values, establish high performance teams through management mechanisms, and continue to improve organizational morale and momentum.
- Lead the operation team, guide the positive thinking of employees, strengthen the cultivation of employees' ability, and establish a team of employees with good mindset, strict discipline, well-trained and flexible for company needs.
- Customer relationship management and good interaction to ensure the sustainable business development of the company.
Job Requirements:
- Mainly related to wind power industry (domestic and foreign), green energy, composite materials, automobile industry, and traditional manufacturing.
- Serviced as a senior executive of a cross-functional unit.
- Those with experience in setting up new factories are preferred.
- Experience in building technology platforms (KM) is preferred.
- Must have fluent English communication skills, experience in dealing with brand customers is preferred. Able to lead the team to meet customer standards and requirements.
- College degree or above, mainly technical majors.
- At least 15 years of relevant industry experience, 10 or more management experience.
