Title: Construction Project Manager
Salary: 100,000-150,000
Summary: A leading general contractor within the federal construction space is seeking a project manager for ongoing and future projects in North Carolina.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
May work with preconstruction team in development of project.
The Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
5+ years within a project manager role for major construction projects. (20+ million-dollar projects).
Experience working with federal engineering corps such as; NAVAFC or USACE.
Experience with one of: civil, structural, transport infrastructure or utility construction.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
