Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Environmental Principal Seller/Doer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the environmental sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Develop strategic proposals and presentations to win new projects.
Project Leadership:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of environmental projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative solutions that address complex environmental challenges.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Market Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and thought leadership content that showcases our expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a proven track record in business development and project management.
- LSP, PE, PG License preferred but not crucial
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
