Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineer (Lead/Senior)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can apply your engineering expertise to a variety of projects, from the design and construction of new facilities to the operation and maintenance of existing infrastructure. The role will be tailored to the candidate's qualifications, offering an opportunity to join either as a Lead Electrical Engineer or a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update engineering standards, policies, and guidelines, ensuring compliance across all projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Manage and lead engineering projects, including budget, schedule, and resource management.
- Solve complex engineering problems through innovative and original approaches.
- Interface with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and various stakeholders.
- Conduct field investigations, inspections, and surveys to gather data and inform design decisions.
- Prepare and interpret schematics, drawings, and other technical documents.
- Deliver technical presentations to a range of audiences, including public officials, boards/commissions, and the general public.
Qualifications:
For Lead Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 6 years of related engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a direct engineering role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Valid Driver's License.
For Senior Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a direct engineering role.
- Valid Driver's License.
Working Conditions:
