Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Cary, North Carolina
Salary: $90,000 - $160,000
Summary: This top AEC design and engineering firm is looking for a dynamic electrical engineer who is looking for professional growth within the MEP engineering industry. This firm is innovative, progressive, and a leader in the space and they are looking for someone with similar qualities who is looking to bring new ideas to the table and create meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing client relationships and coordinate with the electrical team
- Work within a team to create technical designs and communicate with other MEP teams
- Work on a variety of small and large projects including commercial, healthcare, higher education, government, industrial, etc
- Technical design and consulting work
- New project scoping and proposal writing
- Travel up to 20%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PE required
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering - commercial power and low voltage systems design
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture/Engineering/Contractor (AEC) Industry
- National Electric Code knowledge
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
