We currently searching for a Director of Engineering and Office lead for an expert land development engineering and environmental consulting services firm for major developers, renewable energy producers, energy companies, corporations, healthcare systems, colleges/universities, and large infrastructure programs throughout the U.S. and around the world.
This individual will serve a key function in leading and supporting design, permitting and client management/development efforts for a variety of land development projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with top industry leadership on a diverse array of premier land development projects.
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years Land development experience (+minimum of 3 years Project management experience)
- Licensed Professional Engineer in VA, MD, or DC (or the ability to obtain within 6-months) is an absolute must.
- Experience managing projects within land development including; site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design for private, public, and federal clients
- The right candidate should have proven technical expertise and management skills to promote staff development and strong client relationships.
- Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of business development, client/design management & office administration with the Metro DC area
