- Working directly with the Origination and RFP teams to support permitting, scheduling, costs, and proposal processes
- Leading the bidding and contracting process with partners and consultants
- Managing multiple projects from award to NTP
The Director of Development should have…
- Bachelor's degree - preferably in engineering, natural resources, planning, or construction
- Prior experience in the solar, construction, or real estate industries
- Experience developing C&I solar projects both behind and in front of the meter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Located in/around the Mid-Atlantic or New England region with the ability to travel with some regularity
