They are known for their expertise in managing multi-discipline systems, with a particular focus on MEP systems. As they continue to grow, my client is seeking a skilled Deputy Project Leader to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
Role Overview: The Deputy Project Leader will play a critical role in managing and coordinating multi-discipline projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, stay within budget, and are completed on time. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in engineering or construction management and a proven track record in data center, industrial, or government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Leader in managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and design to construction and commissioning.
- Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, with a focus on MEP systems, to ensure seamless integration and project success.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all project milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to address challenges and deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in multi-discipline systems, with a preference for expertise in MEP systems.
- Proven experience working on data center, industrial, or government projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate complex activities.
- US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
