The Resource Dispatcher/Purchasing Agent role is to support both the labor and equipment needs of the field with a concentration in maximizing utilization of both resources through coordination with foremen, superintendents and project managers. This role will also be focused on coordinating both trucking and material deliveries to the projects and review of associated invoices to maintain cost consistency with quoted rates.

โ Keep and maintain an equipment tracking log that reflects location, duration and status of availability.
โ Coordinate with foremen, superintendents and project managers to manage labor and equipment utilization.
โ Coordinate trucking deliveries for all project materials.
โ Review and approve trucking and material invoices.
โ Coordinate with foremen, superintendents and project managers to support small tools equipment and consumable needs.
โ Keep and maintain small tools inventory and maintenance for consumables and small equipment.
โ Provide emissions calculations for projects.
โ Coordinate DOT training.
