Company Overview:
Currently partnered with a large, growing mechanical & plumbing contractor specializing in large scale industrial and commercial construction projects. They're currently seeking multiple Project Managers for large projects they have coming up across the south and Southeast.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Mechanical scope of work on the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that MEP work is integrated seamlessly with other disciplines
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptly
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical or plumbing/piping construction.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, materials, and methods.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
