Job Title: Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee budget management and construction quality control.
- Monitor and report on safety issues at project sites.
- Prepare and review monthly status reports, budget analyses, and contract amendments.
- Coordinate construction activities with other managers within the company.
- Prepare proposals, meeting agendas, and participate in contract negotiations and interviews.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Draft and review reports and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in construction management, with a strong grasp of financial processes and construction methods.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage personnel, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working within budget and schedule constraints.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office applications.
- 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale water and wastewater facility projects.
- Certification as a Construction Manager or Professional Engineer preferred.
- Completion of safety training, including OSHA 10-hour course, required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Pay Range: $135,000 to $208,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
