LVI currently have an opportunity open for a commercial roofing project manager / estimator to join a esteemed client based out Palm Harbor, FL.

This client is a small commercial roofing firm based of Palm Harbor, they complete work throughout Florida, focusing on large scale commercial re-roofs & coatings. They are a growing business who have plans to scale over the coming months. With a family-feel culture and quality projects, this firm boasts great relationships with their clients, utilizing state of art equipment and technology to provide the most high-end work in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing tear-off / construction from conception through completion. Responsibilities will include activities such as preparing cost estimates / proposals for next projects, as well as managing said projects from kick-ff to completion. You will be working with a cross-functional team and coordinating with them to ensure project milestones are met on time. You will be implementing rigorous safety protocols according to industry standards alongside driving continuous improvement & efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of construction principles specific to commercial roofing systems. This will be crucial in managing complex building requirements effectively. Additionally, an uncompromising approach towards maintaining safe work environments is essential. You should have the ability to develop safety plans aligned with regulatory compliance needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ Years Commercial Roofing Experience
- Project Management experience with large scale re-roofs
- Commercial Roofing Estimation experience
- Strong understanding of common commercial and residential roofing materials / systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Shingles, Metal, MB)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Business development experience preferred
