Brief Description/Job Summary:
The company seeks to hire a Client Success Engineering Director, responsible to lead a team based in Singapore, India and a growing team in the Philippines.
- Drive cultural change toward accountability, responsibility, respect, and predictability
- Responsible for delivering client commitments within the agreed time, working closely with the development, DevOps and infrastructure teams
- Responsible for translating client functional requirements into technical solutions, and assess conflicts at high level
- Have the leadership to guide the team to develop clear, simple, well tested, bug-free, refactored, well-documented, and performant code
- Work hands-on and very closely with the team to get the right attitude, commitment and working spirit within the team with an aim towards customer delight and problem solving
- Responsible to lead a team based in Singapore, India and Philippines
- Manage and maintain a reliable schedule as code transitions between development and DevOps tasks, marking the completion of works
- Drive towards continuous improvement and efficiency in the development space, including Testing automation, and in project execution, in general
- Beresponsible for the effective management of the infrastructure/server maintenance/hosting team for client specific needs
- Estimate and plan the technical delivery in line with the project/ program requirements, and drive all aspects of deployment and technical operations including technical project resources
- Support Audit requirement asks from Client
- Professional development (develop, mentor, and manage their direct reports and teams)
- Ensure all necessary domain knowledge resides in the team
- Develop/execute hiring plans and managing geography's budget
- Ensure alignment among Client Success internal clients (Product Management, Sales, etc.) on current and ongoing priorities and ensure visibility into the Engineering team's activities and progress
- Provide feedback to the Practice and Partnerships teams in enhancing the impact of the Client Success team
- Ensure Business Development and Project Management team members gets support from the engineering team for technical input of proposals and accurate effort estimated
- Participate in the development and execution of annual and quarterly goals
- Participate in global process development activities and support global implementation, as needed
- Ensure the continent's engineering team completes all promised tasks
- To the agreed upon endpoint and requirements
- Following company standards and security requirements
- Within the estimated level of effort (to the maximum extent possible)
- By the required deadline (to the maximum extent possible)
- Support the VP of Client Success with other initiatives as needed

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
- Four-year degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; advanced degrees a plus
- 12-15+ years' experience in software development, data science, or engineering
- Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast paced, high velocity agile environment
- 10-12+ years relevant experience in managing application development, software deliverylifecycle, and/or infrastructure development and administration
- Hands on experience in design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, SVN, Git, Ansible, Artifactory, Service Now, Sonar, Selenium
- Sufficient knowledge and experience with design, implementation and tooling for automated build, delivery and release of software
- Experience in managing large development teams, and implementing best coding practices
- Experience in managing large teams including progress monitoring and reporting, in an Agile delivery environment
- Worked within a structured environment, including the use of structured methods and approaches and modern development tools
- Experience with technical architecture - i.e. the design and delivery of IT systems for a broad range of clients
- Service support - the use of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts to lead an effective support operation
- Very strong understanding server/infrastructure concepts and server performance/ maintenance, in a fast paced, high availability, ITIL environment
- Collect and report value metrics to enable leaders to make decisions in order to maximize returns across enterprise projects and programs
- 5+ years' experience in developing and delivering Smart Water applications in associated geographic region
- 10+ years of management experience of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience interfacing with client and end user
- Strong leadership and communication skills
