LVI Associates have partnered with a well-established consultancy who now due to growth across the Midwest are now looking for a seasoned PE to spearhead their growth in the St Louis market. For over 60 years they have been a major figure head in the Kansas City market, helping to shape the local communities infrastructure for clients across the Commercial, residential & Industrial markets. However, over the past few years they have begun to slowly break into the St Louis market helping to support local clients on a range of small municipal development, however as of recently they have had a major breakthrough winning a huge multi million dollar project through a local municipality which is due to keep the team busy for the next 5 years to come.
Reporting directly to the president of the company, the office lead will be in charge of the the Missouri operations. Based out of Kansas City, They are a 300 people engineering consultancy specialised in the municipal & private development sector.
Working this role over the last month - I realised that no one within the Senior Leadership level is ever actively looking. As someone with a ton of experience within the private/public Industry - I wanted to see if this is something especially at your stage in your career that would interest you.

- Oversee a business unit
- Manage the P&L of the Midwest Unit
- Develop and implement a balanced portfolio of activities to deliver on objectives.
- Serve as the regional spokesperson for the company's municipal business
