DUTIES:
- Discover and create fresh business prospects in the designated area.
- Regarding the pursuit of business development and marketing prospects in the Orlando office region, be accountable to client managers and technical employees.
- When you already have connections to important decision makers, you may help other regional managers with company development in other regions.
- Work on hiring, utilizing, and training requirements with the human resources department and the office manager in Orlando.
- Maintain regular touch with clients in Orange County and the neighboring areas, answer to their demands directly when appropriate, and forward more complex requests to the appropriate supervisors as needed.
- Keep an eye on customer satisfaction and make sure their wishes are fulfilled.
- Participate in project interviews and aid in creating proposals that are specific to the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Civil engineering bachelor's degree (B.S.
- Florida State licensed professional engineer; a valid driving permit
- 12 years or more of expertise in storm water or general civil project design and management
- the capacity to read, evaluate, and interpret government rules, technical processes, and general business publications.
- the capacity to produce proposals, business letters, and reports.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and respond to inquiries from other managers, consumers, clients, and members of the public.
