Role Overview:
As a Business Valuation and Litigation Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our advisory team, assisting clients in understanding the value of their businesses and resolving disputes effectively. You will utilize your expertise in financial analysis, industry knowledge, and communication skills to deliver insightful valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations utilizing various methodologies such as discounted cash flow, market multiples, and asset-based approaches.
- Analyze financial statements, economic data, and market trends to assess business performance and risk factors.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to deliver holistic solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments impacting valuation methodologies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- One of the following credentials preferred CFA, ASA or CVA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business valuation, financial advisory, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in dispute resolution and expert testimony is a plus.
