We are currently working with a speciality contractor focusing on restoration and exterior building repairs based in Florida that is looking to grow their presence and further their business in the Panhandle.
The ideal candidate will be a representative for the company, finding new business, managing and maintaining relationships with current clients and explore avenues for further development.
Candidate will be working on and developing business in hospitality buildings requiring periodic faรงade restoration, including the application of weather coating systems and the reconditioning of decks, balconies, parking garages, handrails, and other structural items, condominium maintenance including the preservation, repair, and restoration of the building envelop as well as the common areas, parking structures, and pool decks, commercial buildings and parking garages and assisted living facilities.
Looking for that kind of plug and play person who can survey the market and not only bring their own knowledge but the drive to further expand and innovate their work, working within the high rise, hotel and hospitality industries.
