Summary of Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Development to lead growth initiatives within our Rectifiers Division. This role involves strategizing and executing plans to expand our market presence and strengthen our leadership in rectifier technology.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives and divisional needs.

-Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand market requirements and customer preferences.

-Partner with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns.
-Represent the division at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields; an MBA or engineering background is advantageous.
-Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing within the industrial power solutions sector.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales.
