My client, a small but rapidly growing building envelope firm are looking for a building envelope consultant (licensed) or with ambitions to become licensed in the future, to join their growing team of engaged and hardworking professionals.
In addition to technical expertise on assignments, the ideal applicant will excel in customer service and maintaining the clients important business relationships throughout the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Work includes, but is not limited to: Building Envelope Consulting, Leak Investigation, Roofing, Waterproofing, Restoration, Rehabilitation and structural investigation and design repair.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or closely related discipline required,
- Minimum 5 years engineering experience
- Must be highly motivated, dependable and conscientious.
- Effective Communication
- The ability to write technical reports and working knowledge of building structures.
