Partnered with a leading national multi-disciplined engineering firm that's got well over 100 years of industry experience under their belt, with 1300+ employees across the U.S. They have a strong presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and looking to develop a presence coast to coast within the next few years. They're looking for a Bridge Project Delivery Leader in Tennessee.
They work on design/build, P3, and traditional bid/build projects worth up to billions of dollars and are looking for someone to head up their bridge design group in TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating growth throughout TN, have strong experience in managing multiple projects and a team, and strong knowledge of TDOT projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE License in TN or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10+ years of transportation or structural experience
- Experience with TDOT projects
- Ability and willingness to teach younger engineers
Preferences:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- TDOT and local county/city experience
- Alternative delivery experience
