Qualifications:
Ability to analyze and manage customer expectations, make decisions and solve problems under pressure. Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and detail. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, co-workers, clients and vendors. Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, in groups, and via telephone and written communication. Ability to provide sales engineering support for bid and design/build projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum Crestron certifications: Crestron Certified Programmer and DMC-E Certificates. Minimum 5 years of full time programming experience.
- AMX Certified Programmer Certificate is highly desired.
- AutoCad experience is required
- Experience with Polycom/Cisco, Clearone, Biamp, BSS and QSYS is important.
- InfoComm CTS-D certification a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve audio, video and control system failures
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
- InfoComm Networking Technology Course (Instructor Led) or CCENT, CCNA, Network+, or demonstrated ability.
- Ability to keep track, program, and support multiple projects in progress
- Interface with IT personnel on the topics of Network architecture as well as VoIP/Video registrations.
- Must have experience with remote monitoring services Fusion and RMS
- Audio/visual systems design experience using AutoCad.
- Less than 5% travel may be required.
