We currently have a senior AV Production PM role available, at a small AV events company based in the New York Metro area. Despite being on the smaller side, the company specialize in large health care events, up to $2.5m, and with audiences up to 3000.
They are looking for experienced Production Directors or Project Managers who can come in and hit the ground running to help the company continue on their growth trajectory. They offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a great working environment.
Job Description:
- Manage all on-site activities at a number of venues across the New York Metro area
- Manage communication with clients
- Oversee the production process
- Coordinate workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Determine quality control standards
Requirements:
- Strong client focus
- Management experience
- Experience in health care events (preferred)
- Experience managing large events ($1m+ preferred)
- Technical background or knowledge
- Willing to do 20-25% travel
- 5+ years in the AV event space
