This firm is looking to expand its land development team, and require talented individuals looking to make the jump from project engineer into management. This firm work on detached single-family homes, town homes, customs, and builder homes. They also work on a variety of subdivisions, multi-family, and commercial projects across Texas.
This company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who has experience in single-family development. This individual will work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, while coordinating design and EIT teams.
Requirement:
- PE License in TX
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 4+ years of experience in single-family development
- Motivated, driven, and ambitious.
- Experience in grading, erosion control, drainage design, stormwater management, roadway design, AutoCAD Civil 3D, water and sanity sewer.
- Able to lead a team of younger EITs, drafters and designers and PE's
- Based in Houston, TX
