- Support the Project Manager in all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals, bids, and contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and critical path analysis.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose solutions to mitigate issues proactively.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports, including financial analysis, resource utilization, and schedule adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in water/wastewater construction projects is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
