Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the projects in the portfolio, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget and to the required safety and quality standards.
- Managing QHSE standards in Offshore Wind projects
- Supporting strategic plans and ensuring that best practices are internalised into the organisation for continuous improvements
- Managing internal and external project stakeholders
- Ensuring a high performance team culture
Requirements:
- Strategic business and commercial mindset
- Leadership and team management experience in large, complex infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of international project management standards
- Technical knowledge of Engineering, Logistics or Construction and relevant experience from the offshore industry
