Seeking an Experienced PM for Remote Land Development Position
Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the United States, is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager (PM) for their remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cradle-to-grave projects and leading teams while handling subdivisions, stormwater management, grading as well as business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years' experience working on large-scale land development projects
- Proven track record of successful project completion from planning phase through construction and closeout.
-Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
Skills:
WATER - Experience with water resources engineering design including hydrology/hydraulics analysis related to stormwater systems such as rain gardens/bioretention facilities etc., floodplain mapping/analysis; knowledge about NPDES permits process preferred but not required. Ability and comfortability to work remote due to te=he need for this position to work across multiple states.
Responsibilities:
Cradle-To-Grave Management - Overseeing all aspects involved within each stage starting at initial conception until final handover
Team Leadership - Ability to lead cross-functional teams throughout various stages by providing guidance & supervision
Subdivisions-Experience dealing with legalities surrounding lot splits into smaller tracts
Storm Water Management-Creating plans encompassing mitigation strategies against runoffs
Business Development-Supports growth initiatives aimed towards expanding new customer base and servicing existing bases
